All capitalized terms contained herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to those terms in the End User License Agreement (“EULA”) which appears on the Terms and Conditions page of the Websites. In the event of a conflict between information contained in this Player Protection page and the EULA, the terms and conditions of the EULA shall prevail. Underage Gambling
Underage gambling is a criminal offense. Facilitating someone under the age of 18 to gamble is also against the law. If caught, you’ll be prohibited from gambling online.
Federal Prohibitions/Restrictions
There are several Federal prohibitions and restrictions regarding Internet gaming which include, but are not limited to, 18 U.S.C. §§ 1084 et seq. (the “Wire Act”) and 31 U.S.C. §§ 3163 through 3167 (the “Unlawful Internet Gaming Enforcement Act”).

Third parties may request that a DFS consumer(s) be excluded from DraftKings' site or request the setting of deposit or loss limits for the consumer. In order to process such requests, DraftKings will require the following from the requester: (1) documentary evidence of sole or joint financial responsibility for the source of any funds deposited with DraftKings for gameplay; (2) proof that the requestor is jointly obligated on the credit or debit card associated with the DFS consumer’s account; (3) proof of legal dependency of the DFS consumer on the requestor under state or federal law; (3) proof of the existence of a court order that makes the requestor wholly or partially obligated for the debts of the DFS consumer; or (4) proof of the existence of a court order requiring the DFS consumer to pay unmet child support obligations. DraftKings may also request additional identifiable verification documentation validating the relationship between the requestor and DFS Consumer.
